Actually I think Art lies in both directions – the broad strokes, big picture but on the other hand the minute examination of the apparently mundane. Seeing the whole world in a grain of sand, that kind of thing.   Peter Hammill

…I love looking at life closely…

…investigating the smallest nuance of the experience I am in…

…deciphering it’s full meaning and impact on my existence…

…then I back up, slow down, remove myself from the equation, and look at the whole monumental picture…

…it is at that point, for one split second, all will make sense …
